Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Education. As a Teacher and Center Staff Member, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.

Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
