VNS Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Queens, New York. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from surgery, illness, or accident and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality rehabilitation therapy to patients in their homes or care facilities.
  • Evaluate evolving patient needs and respond with plan of care adjustments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern.
  • Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
  • Valid driver's license required for all areas outside the borough of Manhattan.
