About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Residential Construction Lead to join our team. As a Residential Construction Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the installation of residential construction projects
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
  4. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics
