• Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, leveraging social media and other channels to drive traffic and boost occupancy rates.
• Utilize property management software to streamline data management and enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage with prospects and residents to ensure their satisfaction and provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and offer innovative solutions to drive business growth and excellence.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and community engagement.
• High School diploma or equivalent, with demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and other office software.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related field preferred, with a strong track record of success and adaptability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and drive results-oriented teams.
