About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Endoscopy Tech to join our team at Northwest Medical Center. This is a PRN position, and as an Endoscopy Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care during endoscopic procedures.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will assist registered nurses in providing nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures. You will also be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting scopes, monitoring the Automated Endoscope Reprocessor (AER), and performing other related duties.

Requirements
  • Prior vocational training or 2 years of equivalent experience in a medical field
  • 1 year of healthcare experience, preferably in GI, OR, or a relevant area
Skills and Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of proper scope cleaning and sterilization
  • Excellent communication and service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a safe working environment
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
