Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CNA to work with our client at Cove's Edge. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients, promoting their independence, and supporting their overall well-being.
About the JobThis is a travel healthcare position, offering a unique chance to gain diverse experiences while working with different clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills, build their confidence, and make a positive impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist patients with daily activities, such as using the bathroom and getting dressed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nurse or doctor
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CNA in a long-term care facility
- A current certification in nursing assistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
