Key Responsibilities- Engage patients artfully from the first contact to gain their confidence and trust.
- Complete a thorough biopsychosocial assessment for every patient to guide treatment.
- Use advanced clinical judgment to uncover the individual and relational factors contributing to a patient's issues.
- Provide transparent and detailed informed consent about expectations and fees.
- Co-create relevant goals with patients based on their identified problems.
- Provide relationship-oriented and creative psychotherapy to help clients achieve their goals.
- Measure and record progress as a function of the evolving therapeutic relationship.
- Coordinate services and collaborate with families, other professionals, and natural community supports.
- Collaborate with our local team of mental health professionals.
- Provide all clinical documentation in the electronic health record system on a timely basis.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings, administrative meetings, individual supervision, and required training.
- Conduct a minimum of 25 client visits per week to be considered full-time and receive benefits.
- Experience completing biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical progress notes.
- Proficiency in the English language. Bi-lingual a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Office 365 and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment that values accountability, authenticity, and humor.
- Ability to meet professional expectations of the mental health culture for demeanor and dress.
