Job Title: Dining Room Server PT/FT

At Wingate Healthcare, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality food and dining experiences.

Job Purpose:

The Dining Room Server is responsible for performing designated work and cleaning routines for the Dining Department. In the absence of the Dining Manager, the Server is accountable to the Cook.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with food preparation, including setting up and cleaning up after meals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Dining Manager and Cook to ensure seamless meal service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent desired.
  • Experience in food service or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow directions and work assignments.
  • Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
