Job Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Completing daily insurance verifications for scheduled patients
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Coordinating schedules for multiple doctors and hygienists
- Assisting with billing inquiries and submitting insurance claims
- FOLLOWING UP WITH UNSCHEDULED RECA/TREATMENT APPOINTMENTS
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of an associate's degree and 1-3 years of dental experience are preferred. Recent graduates in communications or math/accounting may also be considered. Key qualifications include:
- A self-motivated work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to build trusting relationships with coworkers and patients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A driven personality with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
