  • Streamlining the sales process by assisting customers with obtaining necessary barcodes for checkout and coordinating the retrieval of plants for loading.
  • Assisting in the organization of deliveries or plant installations, ensuring that plants are prepared for customer pickup.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and hydration of plants within the nursery.
  • Collaborating with team members, including sales staff, cashiers, and loaders, to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive, respectful, and proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with plant species and gardening practices.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to remain active for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and transport plants as needed.
  • A degree in horticulture, landscape design, business management, communications, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.

Availability during evenings and weekends is essential.
