Property Caretaker

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Caretaker to join our team at Stratton Mountain Resort. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, providing exceptional service to our guests and homeowners, and upholding the high standards of our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine property checks and maintenance tasks, including snow removal, grounds maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Enforce association rules and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in building maintenance, landscaping, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software as needed.
