About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires the ability to travel to patient homes within the designated area. We offer a competitive salary range of $40 to $50 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your hourly compensation, we also reimburse mileage at government rates.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients in their home environment.
- Provide physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and therapeutic techniques to enhance recovery.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Acute care experience preferred; home health experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
