Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective fulfillment center operations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with regional and senior-level operations management to achieve business objectives
- Manage inventory, supply delivery, and maintenance schedules to ensure seamless operations
- Perform cash balance reporting and execute initiatives and directives as required
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Technically proficient with ability to perform high-level technical troubleshooting
- Able to function independently with minimal oversight
- Experience hiring, managing, and developing a large team of operational staff
- Experience with personnel management, including hiring and firing, and familiarity with Massachusetts employment law
- Demonstrated experience developing and improving operational processes
- Experience running a large-scale operation for a high-growth or fast-paced company
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $95,000 and a full-time exempt position with no eligibility for overtime under FLSA requirements. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from qualified candidates.
