About the Role

Columbus Springs Dublin, a part of Lifepoint Behavioral Health, is seeking a passionate and patient-centric Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our outpatient therapy team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate behavioral health services to individuals struggling with acute mental health and substance use treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies, including group, individual, and family therapy, to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in mental health treatment.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT).
  • Prior work experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
