Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with interventional radiology procedures.
Responsibilities:- Assist with interventional radiology procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, and embolization.
- Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
- Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications as ordered and document patient care.
- Transport patients as needed and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
- Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
- Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
