**Job Summary**

Sedgebrook is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Guest Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and support to our residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a positive first impression of our community.
  • Operate the front desk and phone system efficiently, handling inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor the reception area and direct traffic, deliveries, and packages as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and information, including the away book, away latch log, and shift pass along.
  • Monitor security systems, including Fire Panels and Accushield, and dispatch security personnel as required.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including sending faxes and copies.
  • Ensure excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, visitors, family members, supervisors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Receptionist or office administrator experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS Office experience required.

Language Skills:

Must be able to speak conversational English to communicate with residents, visitors, family members, supervisor, and co-workers.
