Registered Nurse

This position is responsible for providing primary care services and educating patients in a fast-paced and growing environment. As an experienced RN, you will be working in a state-of-the-art fertility center that provides in-person treatment as well as virtual consultations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial patient assessments, including medical history review and vital signs measurement.
- Assist physicians during consultations, procedures, and examinations related to fertility treatments.
- Educate patients on fertility medications, treatment protocols, and self-administration techniques.
- Monitor patients' progress throughout treatment cycles, including ultrasound monitoring and lab result interpretation.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments and communicating treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including embryologists, endocrinologists, and genetic counselors to optimize patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in women's health, reproductive medicine, or a related field.
- Experience in fertility treatment protocols such as IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and their families.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
- BLS and ACLS Certification.
- Phlebotomy Certification.
- Ultrasound experience.
