Job Summary
  • Develop and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with the CNA program curriculum.
  • Foster strong relationships with leadership and staff to ensure seamless integration of Serenity's core values and processes into the CNA program.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance instructional skills and stay updated on industry developments.
Qualifications and Experience
  • The ideal candidate must hold a current, active North Carolina RN license and have at least two years of nursing experience, including one year of long-term care facility services.
  • A minimum of three years of experience as a long-term nurse is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary of $65,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
