Job Overview

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. This includes conducting medical assessments, providing oversight of medical records, and collaborating with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care.
  • Conduct regular medical assessments of residents, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Oversee the admission process for new residents, ensuring that their medical records are complete and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide education and training to our nursing staff on best practices in resident care, ensuring that they are equipped to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • RN or BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
  • At least one year of experience as an RN, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Active CPR certification.
