We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation, ensuring efficient and effective care.
- Assess potential nutritional risks and implement appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively, meeting the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide nutritional counseling and education for patients and families within care communities, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
