Job DescriptionThis full-time position works 12-hour shifts with 3 day weekends every other weekend, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. You will provide total care for our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), recording temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight, and observing and reporting any changes in condition or behavior.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is approximately $18.00 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package. In addition to the base salary, you can also expect comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, flexible spending account (FSA), 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), life insurance, continuing education unit (CEU) reimbursement, and daily pay options.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program, hold current Kansas certification/registration to practice, and possess current CPR certification. Additionally, you should be able to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations, have a desire to work with the elderly, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
