Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of six to twelve properties with up to 800 rental units in their portfolio. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team to deliver occupancy, operating, and capital expense budgets while adhering to our Hospitality Covenant.
  • Implement effective cost control methods, revenue maximization strategies, and delinquency management techniques to drive business results.
  • Optimize GPR to achieve and maintain each property's economic stability, budget, and produce cash flow.
  • Facilitate unit turns within a 5-day timeframe, ensuring market-comparable end products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of progressive responsibility in property management, hospitality, or retail, or 5+ years of multi-site experience.
  • 5+ years of multi-family, multi-property type operational management experience, preferably with a mix of residential property types or as a manager in hotel/resort/retail management.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of affordable housing and compliance is beneficial.
  • Industry certification such as Certified Property Manager or Accredited Apartment Manager is preferred.
  • Strong leadership presence and proven track record in employee development of a team of two or more.
  • Proficiency in RealPage or other industry software and excellence in Microsoft Office.
  • A Real Estate License is preferred or required by state law.
About the Role

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include competitive pay, flexible hours/schedule, and opportunities to work with great people.
