Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents while addressing their emotional, social, and physical needs. This role involves delivering direct care as per the resident's care plan and under the guidance of supervisory staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities and personal care as outlined in care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and infection control standards.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum age of 18 years; candidates aged 16 must be enrolled in high school.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of adhering to safety and sanitary protocols.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in long-term care settings is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Flexible opportunities available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN.
  • Varied shifts to accommodate different schedules.
  • Competitive wage ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
