Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems and maintaining a high standard of quality in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and finishes.
  • Conduct daily inspections of building systems and maintain accurate records of building operation.
  • Coordinate and monitor access for subcontractors performing maintenance or repair work.
  • Ensure all work performed meets required safety codes and standards.
  • Assist with set-up and take down of special events and maintain all tools, parts, and supplies in an organized manner.
  • Inform the Chief Building Technician of any needs for replacement, restocking, or repair of items.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum of three years relevant work experience in a facility, maintenance, or building technician role.
  • CFC certificate and apprentice license preferred.
