Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered care, assessing and diagnosing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. This role will develop and implement individualized plans of care, educate patients and families on disease processes and treatment options, and coordinate with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Provide education to patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and symptom management.
  • Coordinate with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Implement and evaluate plans of care, making adjustments as needed.
  • Integrate research and evidence-based knowledge into clinical practice.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license or multistate RN license.
  • Current BLS AHA Health Provider Card (or equivalent course).
  • Critical thinking and ability to develop clinical judgment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Two years of nursing experience.
