Located in the heart of West Hollywood, our cosmetic dermatology practice is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Provider to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that offers an attractive salary and benefits package.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in aesthetic procedures, including injectables and laser treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care while driving sales and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform high-quality aesthetic procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
* Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare needs and goals, highlighting the benefits of recommended treatments.
* Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing a sales-focused approach to drive product and service recommendations.
* Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging interpersonal skills and product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell relevant services and skincare products.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree or Doctorate Degree in Nursing as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an aesthetic practice is an advantage.
Licenses and Certifications:
* Current active unrestricted license in State CA.
* Active DEA License.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year, based on experience.
