Job Summary

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality instructional materials for training programs. This includes developing presentation materials, participant guides, handouts, and job aids. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness, assessing learning outcomes, and determining the impact of training on behavior changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructional materials for various training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proven track record of execution bringing a program from concept to design and implementation driving sustainable behaviors within a tight timeframe.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Innovative and creative thinking.
  • Experience in the Talent Management domain preferred.
