We have an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Endocrinologist to join our team at Summit Health Inc.

As a member of our Endocrinology group, you'll have the opportunity to work with a well-insured patient population and a large built-in primary care base.

• Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before starting practice
• Board Certification and DEA license required
