Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various medical procedures.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Document patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines, ensuring the protection of patient information.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
