Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech and language disorders to support their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Direct Therapy: Provide therapy services to students, focusing on speech articulation, language development, and communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Partner with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into classroom settings and support student progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress. Prepare reports for parents and school administrators.
  • Compliance and Professional Development: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
