Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at EDEN SENIOR CARE LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

• Record and maintain accurate patient medical information and vital signs.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Maintain detailed reports and records of patient care.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess and implement patient care plans.
• Direct and supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel.
• Monitor patient diet and physical activity.
• Modify patient treatment plans as needed.
• Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to identify patient conditions.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
• 1 year experience as an R.N. in a long-term care setting.
• Natural problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and staff.
