Occupational Therapy Professional

As an Occupational Therapy Professional at Unavailable, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about helping others and are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient condition based on sound pathophysiological principles and develop individualized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Implement effective and adequate treatment interventions, utilizing current occupational therapy techniques and standards.
- Provide patient education and training to promote independence and empower patients to manage their care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient observations, treatments, and actions, adhering to departmental policies and guidelines.
- Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with certification or eligibility for certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. and a California License, or eligibility, to practice Occupational Therapy.
- Previous experience as an occupational therapist is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques, standards, principles, and procedures, including human anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, proper body mechanics, and infection control procedures.
- Ability to assess patient condition, develop and implement treatment plans, complete and maintain records, plan and organize work effectively, and develop cooperative working relationships with physicians, nursing staff, and other hospital personnel.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
