Job Title: Equipment Rental Sales Manager

The Hunton Group seeks a motivated and experienced sales professional to develop relationships with existing, dormant, and new customers in the Houston, TX area.

This role involves expanding our business by selling HVAC, Power, and Compressed Air rental equipment for temporary utility needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts to meet revenue budgets through cold calling, generating quotes, closing deals, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent The Hunton Group as a leader in the rental industry within the assigned territory in the Houston, TX area.
  • Utilize marketing, CRM, and face-to-face customer skills to prospect and qualify leads for existing and dormant accounts, competitor accounts, and new customers.
  • Respond promptly to leads and assess project viability.
  • Grow the existing customer base within the region.
  • Prioritize sales meetings with management to review monthly sale activity and progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, customer information, and requests.
  • Occasional travel required, including potential overnight trips.
