Job Description

We are building a better environment by constructing large-scale water treatment infrastructure. As a Co-op Engineer, you will work with our project teams on active construction jobsites, contributing to meaningful and impactful projects that benefit millions of people.

Co-op Engineer Daily Life

  • Plan and execute day-to-day project operations, taking advantage of a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
  • Purchase, procure, and manage vendor materials and subcontractor work packages, taking on responsibility for complex projects.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with engineers, managers, trades professionals, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Learn from and be mentored by experienced full-time engineers, many of whom started as Co-op Engineers.
  • Contribute to team success by providing meaningful input and ideas, working collaboratively towards project goals.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a BS in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Construction Engineering from an accredited US university.
  • Experience working successfully on teams.
  • Ability to relocate during the co-op term to locations near our construction jobsites, with company housing and travel reimbursement provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in building a better environment through self-perform water infrastructure construction.
