Position Overview:
As an Aircraft Records Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the management and upkeep of aircraft engine, module, and accessory documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update log cards and records for aircraft engines and components.
2. Review incoming documentation for precision, ensuring all necessary inspections and maintenance are accounted for.
3. Consolidate and recreate records as required, providing essential input to the Aircraft Engine Management System (AEMS) through Engine Transaction Reports (ETRs).
4. Execute the closeout of logbooks upon the completion of maintenance activities.

Administrative Duties:
In this administrative capacity, you will oversee engine logs and records to guarantee compliance with inspection requirements, component life tracking, and configuration management as per customer specifications.

Rolls-Royce is a leading global provider of defense aero-engine products and services, supporting a vast array of aircraft across various sectors, including transport, combat, and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing aircraft or engine-related documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Scheduled Removal Cards (SRC), Aeronautical Screening Records (ASR), Engine History Records (EHR), and Aeronautical Engine Screening Records (AESR).
- Familiarity with the COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and NALCOMIS/OIMA systems.
