Regional Director

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Director to lead our Before/After School Programs in multiple school districts across New York, driving excellence in service delivery.

About the Role:

• This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing programs that adhere to New York State regulations and DOH camp permits, ensuring compliance and high-quality services.
• The successful candidate will have exceptional administrative skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering excellent programs and managing personnel expenses.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruit, supervise, and professionally develop a team of highly qualified staff to deliver high-quality services in all sites.
2. Lead with a positive, upbeat style, emphasizing effective communication and addressing issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Associates with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and parent communication skills.
