">This team member will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as a point of contact to retail customers and maintaining the sales floor to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. The ideal candidate will partner with team members in a fast-paced environment to expedite merchandise for sale and display on the sales floor.
">Essential Duties:
">- Provide assistance to customers with purchases and returns
">- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
">- Process and prepare donated merchandise for resale
">Compensation and Benefits:
">This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and overtime pay. We also offer health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
