Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Accounting Role

In this position, you will be responsible for processing payroll, preparing quarterly and annual reports, accounting services, and financial statement preparation for various clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed payroll functions according to deadlines, including check processing and quarterly reports.
  • Complete data entry for monthly and quarterly accounting and financial statements, with timely review process.
  • Maintain complex general ledgers and financial reports, and assist with year-end payroll as required.
  • Comply with IRS, state, and federal tax requirements, wage, and hour regulations.
  • Prepare compilation reports for year-end, ready for tax preparation prior to review.
  • Assist clients with off-site or office location bank reconciliations, payroll, accounts receivable, and payable, and other bookkeeping functions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience with double-entry accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Two years of accounting experience, two years of payroll processing experience, and two years of financial statement preparation preferred.
