About the Role

We're seeking a talented Embedded Software Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of VR and AR experiences. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software prototypes for our VR and AR products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative algorithms and models.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop high-performance algorithms and models for our VR and AR platforms.
  2. Work with IP Architects to integrate internal models and vendor IP models into Virtual Platforms.
  3. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and test software prototypes.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with C++ developing models and simulation building blocks.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Experience with debugging tools such as gdb or other debuggers.
  • Ability to automate development and validation tasks using Python.

Preferred Qualifications

  • M.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with Python-based application development interfacing with C++.
  • Experience with SystemC, TLM, or other simulation frameworks.

Compensation$135,000/year to $180,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
