Critical Care Nurse for Labor and Delivery Assignment

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking an experienced critical care nurse for a 13-week assignment in Nampa, Idaho.
About the Job- Skillfully provide high-quality patient care as a registered nurse in labor and delivery settings.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, interventions, and outcomes.
- Effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
As a dedicated and compassionate critical care nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and rehabilitation services.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience working as a registered nurse in labor and delivery settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment as needed.
