Job Summary:

The Higheredmilitary is seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty - Counselor Education to join our team. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our Counselor Education program.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses in Counselor Education, including face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning practices, including presentations, demonstrations, and class discussions.
  • Prepare course outlines and syllabi in accordance with program standards and in collaboration with the program coordinator.
  • Complete student assessments required for program completion and meet all scheduled class periods.
  • Be available to students for individual consultation and submit final grades by the specified due date.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree required to teach graduate courses.
  • Three years of professional counseling experience at the elementary, middle grades, secondary, and/or college level.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in designing courses and materials.
