Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and front-end development to create dynamic, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in building robust web applications and APIs, handling front-end and back-end development tasks seamlessly. You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain front-end features using modern front-end frameworks and build and integrate backend services and APIs using Python (preferably Django or Flask frameworks).

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain front-end features using modern front-end frameworks to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Build and integrate backend services and APIs using Python (preferably Django or Flask frameworks). Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experience across the platform. Develop RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between the front end and back end. Optimize application performance, addressing bottlenecks in both the front-end and back-end systems. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure are optimized for deployment. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and reliability. Ensure security and data protection practices are followed. Collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders to deliver on project goals and timelines.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience with front-end development, including proficiency with Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture. 3+ years of experience with Python back-end development, preferably using Django or Flask. Experience with front-end development, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ES6+. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL). Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or other version control systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Preferred Skills :
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. Familiarity with modern build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI). Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong understanding of web security and best practices (e.g., OAuth, JWT, CORS). Experience with GraphQL or WebSocket integration is a plus. Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and experience with Jest, Enzyme, or PyTest for unit testing.
