Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a retail or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including peak hours across all shifts.
  • Basic proficiency in web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite).
Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
  • Receive deliveries from suppliers, ensuring accuracy between physical counts and purchase orders, while addressing any discrepancies.
  • Oversee inventory management and re-shelving of returned items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
  • Adhere to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage, and communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
  • Safely handle, scan, and transport products in an organized manner.
  • Engage in physical activities such as standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking throughout shifts.
  • Utilize equipment like carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for product movement.
  • Lift items weighing up to 49 pounds.
  • Handle products that may include tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol.
  • Occasionally work in freezer environments during shifts.
  • Be prepared to navigate multiple flights of stairs during the day.
