Favorite Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Geriatrics Licensed Practical Nurse (GERI LPN) for a 13-week assignment in Waconia, MN.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with at least one year of recent experience as a Geriatrics Licensed Practical Nurse. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct patient care to geriatric patients in various settings
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse License or Certification
  • Current BLS Certification
  • At least one year of recent experience as a Geriatrics Licensed Practical Nurse
