Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Exercise Leader to join our team at Fit Body Family Boot Camp LLC. As an Exercise Leader, you will design and deliver dynamic fitness programs that meet the needs of our diverse membership base.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. If you're enthusiastic about fitness and enjoy leading groups, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality fitness classes that cater to different fitness levels
  • Develop effective communication strategies to engage members and promote our fitness programs
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our services through social media and local events
  • Maintain accurate records of member progress and provide regular feedback

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Certification in group fitness instruction or personal training
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
