Lodging Attendant

Position Title: Room Attendant

As a vital member of our team, you will deliver exceptional service to our guests consistently. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily cleaning of vacant and occupied rooms, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
2. Thoroughly clean all areas, including lighting fixtures, ceilings, walls, furniture, and flooring.
3. Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
4. Replenish guest supplies, such as drinking glasses and writing materials.
5. Participate in the general cleaning program, which includes changing linens and maintaining overall cleanliness.
6. Complete assigned room projects and assist with carpet care by spot cleaning as needed.
7. Maintain an organized housekeeping cart and ensure it is restocked daily.
8. Report any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department.
9. Assist in keeping public areas and staff facilities clean and orderly.
10. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills in English are essential for guest interactions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 60 pounds.
• Familiarity with emergency procedures and safety standards is required.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Associate Handbook.
