We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Your expertise in medical oncology nursing will be essential in overseeing other assigned team members and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide population specific care in accordance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will have a strong understanding of the nursing process and be able to apply it effectively to ensure high-quality patient care. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. With a graduate degree in nursing and certification or advanced training in specialty areas, you will be well-equipped to take on this challenging yet rewarding role.

About This Opportunity
  • This is an ongoing position requiring 40 hours per week.

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have a current MA RN license and a minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience, we encourage you to apply.
