About the Central Maintenance Coordinator Position

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in optimizing system-wide maintenance and ensuring the smooth operation of our pipeline network. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing operational support and guidance for issues and concerns across the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate system-wide maintenance activities to maximize product movement and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement strategies for planning and executing maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with Product Scheduling, Planning & Utilization, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze data from field project execution to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for efficiency enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Technology to develop tools and processes for real-time maintenance project updates and short- and long-term planning.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and skills development among the Technician workforce, ensuring a high level of expertise and proficiency.
  • Review and revise Equipment Maintenance Procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 5+ years of experience in pipeline operations, with a strong understanding of emergency response and safety regulations.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with a strong commitment to safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with knowledge of pipeline operations and equipment.
  • Excellent project management and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving excellence.
