**Job Summary**
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in the Bala Cynwyd office. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide one-to-one care to clients in their homes, working closely with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
**Responsibilities**
As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting
- Following the plan of care developed by the clinical team
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid PA RN or LPN license
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
- 2-step PPD or chest X-ray
- Valid CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
