About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Appointment Setter/Cashier to join our team at Hudson Automotive Group, Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for setting appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set appointments with customers to schedule service and maintenance work
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Process customer transactions and handle cash, credit card payments, and other financial transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills (bi-lingual a plus)
